Nomination of Claude Brochu

I am pleased to announce the nomination of Claude Brochu to the position of Advisor to the President. In this new position, Claude will be responsible to assist me on a strategic and operational level, in managing our culture of performance and people, developing talents, recruiting future Nuera leaders as well as business development, sales and marketing. Claude will be working closely with the management team.

Claude is an experienced and high performing business leader, who has a brilliant background in the business world with, among others, Seagram, a multinational company and the Montreal Expos Baseball Club, where he acted as president.

Claude strongly lives by the culture of performance and people that we are currently building at Nuera. Indeed, Claude is a Director and Shareholder of Nuera and I have had the privilege of cooperating with Claude as a partner for nearly 9 years now. His new role with Nuera will contribute greatly to our growth and in achieving our ambitious vision 2016.

Claude has a diploma in history and a Masters' Degree in Business Administration ("MBA").

Nuera's employees are joining me in welcoming Claude to our dynamic team and give him all the collaboration he needs in his new position.

Nuera announces a new distributorship agreement for the province of Quebec

Nuera, through its Nuera Industrial business unit, is proud to announce that a distributorship agreement has been signed with Sandvik (www.sandvik.com), a Swedish multinational manufacturer of equipment and parts for the mining and aggregate industries. Sandvik has one of the best reputations in our industry throughout the world registering sales of USD$13.5 billion (SEK86 billion) in 2007. This partnership agreement demonstrates once again that Nuera is constantly looking to improve its products and services offering to provide its customers with innovative added value solutions.

By offering the supply and installation of Sandvik's components including wear protection and rubber screening media, we help our customers to be more effective and performing. Going far beyond selling and installing conveyor parts and components as well as related equipment, having a complete understanding of our customers' needs and creating solid, lasting relationships; that's how Nuera puts people first.
